What is your jewellery made from?
I use recycled silver whenever possible. Other metals that are sometimes used include brass, sterling silver, copper and gold - these metals are normally used for adornments on pieces like orbs, shapes, etc. and are always mentioned in the piece description.
Do you do customs?
Currently I am not accepting customs. I do open our books several times a year and you will find those announcements on my social media (Facebook, Instagram)
Do you fix jewellery that you haven't personally made?
I respect other makers and suggest you go to where you bought your jewellery first to see what they might offer. If that’s not an option, feel free to reach out to me and I will see what we can do on a case by case basis.
How do you source your crystals?
There is a huge amount of care and research into where I source the materials that I use. Always making sure they are genuine, reputable and from a respectful source. Ethically mined gems are very important to me.
How do I care for my pieces?
Please avoid submerging your jewellery in water, extreme cold or extreme heat. Sterling silver is easily polished with a cotton cloth of any kind. When not wearing your pieces, keep them in a box or drawer out of direct sunlight.
All pendants come with your choice of sterling silver chain. The lengths you can choose from are: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 and 30 inches.
If you order online you can choose your length in the drop down menu of the piece you chose. If you order through a Live Sale you can indicate what length you like by letting me know during the sale or by direct messaging me on Instagram.
Rings that come with a plain band can be sized up 1.5 sizes.
Any rings with a band that is stamped or comes with a design on the band cannot be sized and is only available in the size indicated.
We currently do not size down in our rings. If you have purchased a ring from us in the past and require resizing either up or down, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is Memorial Jewellery?
Memorial jewellery incorporates the hair or ashes of a loved one that is no longer with us. A personalized way to keep them close and honour their life.
What is the process?
Working together, you and I will design a piece with every thoughtful detail laid out. It is important for me to get to know your loved one through your eyes so the piece can be created completely in their honour. I take the utmost care in creating memorial pieces and will be happy to answer any question you may have via email, over the phone or over a cup of tea in the studio. How long does it take?
Depending on what you would like created, the timeline can shift. I can provide you with an approximate timeline once we design your special piece.
What is your pricing?
This depends on many things - size, type of piece (pendant, ring, earrings, etc), stones - each piece is incredibly unique. I will take the time to explain everything and work towards any budget you may have.
Where is your studio located?
I am located in the quaint village of Wainfleet, Ontario, Canada.
What are your studio hours?
The hours currently vary from day to day as I am also a mum to a clever and curious young boy and have a working farm. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to visit or send me a DM on Instagram and we can set up a time for you to come visit!
Who is welcome to the studio?
The studio is open to everyone! It’s a magical place that is open to all humans (and some furry creatures as well!). This is a safe space and I strive to be as inclusive, welcoming and warm to every soul that enters this humble abode. All I ask is that you be kind and welcoming to others while here (and always)!
Are you by appointment only or do you accept drop ins?
Currently I am open by appointment but always feel free to send me a quick note if you’re going to be in the area. I am not always here, however, if possible I love to see your smiling faces in person!
How often do you ship?
Shipping happens every Tuesday after a live sale or a purchase online. Occasionally packages go out a few days later but I will let you know if there is a hold up! If you ever have any concerns about shipping please reach out.
What are your shipping options?
I offer tracked shipping in Canada via Canada Post. All international packages my include tracking by request.
Local pickup is also available at the studio.

I currently ship anywhere in Canada, the United States and Internationally. If you’re worried about shipping, feel free to drop me a note and we can help!
What are your shipping costs?
Tracked shipping is $15 in Ontario.
Tracked shipping In Canada is $17.
International untracked shipping is $15.
If you would like to add tracking to your international order please send a request. Please note that shipping prices reflect that of Canada post and that I have little control over them- I would use owls if I could.

What is your exchange and return policy?
All sales are final. If you have a question about a piece please feel free to contact me and I will help in any way I can.
My piece broke, will you fix it?
Oh no! If a piece finds itself broken, please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will see what I can do to remedy the situation!
Live Sale Questions
When are your Live Sales?
Live Sales take place the first Friday of every month, unless otherwise stated. Stay tuned to my Instagram where dates will be announced!
How do I claim something during a Live Sale?
Please wait until the price is announced, then you may respond with “me/mine/claim/claimed”. Remember, you can only claim AFTER the price has been stated. Live Sale rules and reminders will be shared via my story before each Live Sale.
How many pieces can I claim in one sale?
You can claim as many pieces as you wish! But please only claim what you are prepared to purchase. If you claim more than you are prepared to purchase, this can result in being banned from future Live Sales.
My claim came up first on my screen, why did it go to someone else?
Unfortunately, technology can be wonky sometimes and out of our control. So in order to make it fair, the pieces will go to whomever comes up first on my screen and only my screen.
When will I get an invoice after a Live Sale?
I try my best to get all invoices out 24 hours after the Live Sale so your goodies are in the mail or ready for pick up as soon as possible. Sometimes life happens and it takes a little longer. I am only one human being doing it all but I try my best to get things out in a timely manner.
How do I pay for my pieces?
After an Invoice goes out you have 24 hours to pay via e-transfer, cash, debit, credit, or Paypal unless otherwise discussed. If you need installments or another form of payment, let me know - I am happy to work with you within reason.
Can I pick up my pieces and pay in person from the studio?
Absolutely! I love seeing your face in person and would love you to come visit! Please let me know once you have received your invoice that you would prefer to pick up in person and we can arrange a time and date for you to do so!
